Forty Feathers is a Private chef and catering service headed by executive chef and owner Josh Seaward providing Private chef and Catering services throughout the hunter Valley, central coast and greater Sydney areas.
Josh has been in the industry for over 18 years and worked all over the world at some of the best restaurants both here and overseas.
Josh now spends his time Teaching these skills to the next generation with TAFE NSW and provides a Premium chef and catering service for every experience in any location.
At Forty Feathers we develop menus to suit you and your guests needs, dietary requirements, tastes and journeys.
We are based in Newcastle NSW and provide a premium chef service to the Hunter valley, Port Stevens, Central coast, Blue mountains and Sydney.
Just to name a few, we are always learning of new and exciting locations far and wide, where ever it is what ever it is we can cater the occasion.
Our service includes at home dinners, lunches, degustations, birthdays, Elopements, wine dinners, canapé events, Private chef, weddings, yachts, drop off services etc.
Josh will work with you to build your food journey, you tell us what you love and we will create the ultimate menu to suit your day.
