Introduction
The study tracked the burden-loss progress of 130 couples over six several days. The couples were split up into two groups. In one group, one individual within the pair was subscribed to weight loss Watchers program that provided in-person counseling an online-based tools to assist with fat loss. Inside the second group, one individual within the pair received a four-page handout with information on ways to shed pounds, like eating healthily, exercise, and weight-control strategies.
