Introduction
Fitness Ration didn’t exactly started out as how it is today. A group of 4 friends started out with the usual problem-solution, facing troubles preparing meals that will complement their workout routines. So the solution was to come up with a convenient way to provide fitness meals. The question was how? How do we cater to a million busy, time-conscious, healthy-oriented foodies?
After months of intensive research, surveys, consulting, taste testing, and speaking to family and friends, the idea of a legitimate frozen fitness meal service was born. A far cry from our mere, raw idea of a meal prep service. We had our first official product in early 2015. It was a day of celebration, validation and confirmation - that Fitness Ration was our commitment to serving the fitness industry in Singapore, and that it was to be made our top priority to transform the way we eat and the way we train.
