Our approach to strength training is quite unique and requires specific equipment that can match our clients’ fitness needs. Using the correct, multi-functional fitness tool allows for more success for our clients and a better fitness experience than with using the conventional fitness equipment. So you will see kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension trainers, lever bells, and of course - our beloved sandbags because let’s face it … we love sandbags!
