Introduction
It was 1996 and I wondered why I ate Stone Crabs every time I visited Miami. I thought, why not make them available to everyone all over the country? Thus, in a garage in Miami Beach, South Beach Stone Crabs was born.
The internet had just taken off and we had the first crab mail order website. A couple of years later we opened a restaurant on Lincoln Road and the rest was history.
