Enerje Fitness is a training facility located in Johnston, Rhode Island. Here we believe everyone has a goal, whether that is to learn how to deadlift, increase your bench press, or lose 20lbs. We have the tools and the staff to guide you to the finish line to improve your performance.

Our goal is to create a fun, stress-free environment to help create a community of strong individuals who feel confident and proud of themselves.

We offer one-on-one and small group personal training, as well as a variety of group classes that are scheduled daily. We believe in improving the health and wellness of an individual by incorporating strength training and functional movements paired with creative and fun ways to work on conditioning.
