Pizza bar's signature cowhide ceiling and the theatre kitchen play host to the restaurants varied incarnations. The fourth Da Paolo outlet that visitors will encounter along Jalan Merah Saga in Holland Village opened its doors in 2004 and has since made its name turning out crisp, a la minute pizza and sandwiches made and topped with quality Italian ingredients.
