Introduction
"Da" Caribbean Shack is the first urban caribbean food outlet in the whole of West Sussex and the brainchild of Pat Nelson & Nasser Khan. Both Pat & Nasser are long standing residents of Crawley and well known in the community.
"Da" Caribbean Shack offers takeaway and delivery of an extensive urban caribbean menu including classic favourites such as Jerk Chicken, ackee & saltfish&curry goat. Other mouth watering dishes are heavily influenced by many of the islands i.e. antiguan stir fry.
