VERY BAD we purchased 2 canaries for the sum of £150 on sun 19/03/2017 on wednesday 22/23/17 they had both died we notified the shop and were told they would only refund £75 if we spent a further £150 on replacement birds when asked if he would provide replacement birds up to the value of £75 we were told not unless we paid 50% as we understand it this is contary to the sale of goods act 1979 and the consumer rights act of 2015 the management told us that as the birds were alive when they left the store they are not responsable, so the upshot is in their eyes you buy birds and if they die it is your problem not theirs
we are currently pursuing legal action against the shop and lodging complaints with Enfield council Enfield trading standards and defra
