We didn’t think that charging our clients to speak to us was very fair either. We aren’t divas. So we offer free telephone and email support to all of our clients. Talking of free, we give you free training in Xero and Receipt Bank when you sign on. So whether you are very familiar with Xero or have only just heard of it, you will be in good hands with one of our Xero Certified trainers.
We are 100% cloud and 100% cardless.

Ben is an adventurer. A technology enthusiast. It was with these two personality traits within him that founded Cone Accounting.
After almost 10 years in the industry, Ben quite frankly thought that there was better out there. That he could not only achieve something better but offer something momentous.
He wanted to create a company that truly understood its clients and their businesses. To increase communication, support and abolish ambiguous fees. A company that used technology to improve the speed and effectiveness of its service. A company that did not solely focus on compliance but also business growth.
Ben is an avid music lover, has a passion for football and is a sucker for rocky road.

Chloe joined Cone Accounting when she recognized that the old school attitude of accountancy, with suits and ties, was becoming redundant within the new world of business. She saw how Cone Accounting focussed on the individual's need's and business growth. She is an integral part of the team and is on hand to deal with any marketing, sales, and general queries.
Chloe loves visiting new places, is a little bit of a tea addict and is partial to expensive makeup.
