Coatec India

Coatec India was established in the year 1992. Established in the city of Chandigarh, it shifted to Mohali in 1995 and then added a much larger manufacturing facility in 2008 at Kurali.
In the year 2000, Coatec went on to design, manufacture and supply India's first small ECOAT SYSTEMfor the SME segment. In 2006, Coatec supplied the then largest CED coating plant in JOBWORK segment to Integrated Engineers, Pune with a tank capacity of 27000 liters. This was superseded in the year 2009 with the supply of a 43000 liters plant to Renuka Auto Components Private Limited, Pune. In the year 2008, Coatec commissioned the complete CED paint shop for Jost Auto Components Private Limited, Jamshedpur. This was an end to end fully automatic, SCADA controlled, pre-treatment, Ecoat, transfer conveyor, baking oven and cooling conveyor complete with utilities on a turnkey basis. This was also a landmark as it was located in Jamshedpur and Jharkhand's first 100% foreign direct investment. In the year 2010, Coatec India, executed the complete paint shop for Kartar Agro Industries Private Limited, Bhadson with the supply of 11 tank pre-treatment, dry off oven, liquid spray painting booth with filtered air replacement unit, flash off zone and baking oven for farm equipment - Combine Harvester. In 2011 a fully conveyorized CED Coating Plant for tractor wheel rim was supplied to Carrier Wheels Private Limited, Shamli. In 2012 a CED Coating Plant of 62,000 Litres volume was supplied to DTL Ancillaries Limited, Pune. In 2013, Coatec supplied its most sophisticated CED coating line to Grundfos Pumps India Limited.
In the year 2009, CNC Plasma Profile cutting machine was developed and was supplied to Guru Nanak Industries Private Limited, Rajpura, Continental Engineering Works, Mohali and Jost India, Jamshedpur. Coatec India has the capability to supply all the three profile cutting technologies under the same roof - Plasma, Waterjet & Oxy-Fuel.
In 2012, Coatec was appointed as Channel Partner to Bosch Limited for the Solar PV Energy Systems. For the first time in India, a 31 KWp cluster was created in January 2013 which was approved in principle by MNRE and the cabinet approval is awaited. Coatec can supply both roof and ground mounted of any capacity.
Coatec India also has the complete solution for Building Automation, Energy consumption monitoring and control. This can be implemented for Industry as well as Commercial and residential applications. Utility supplies can also benefit from these controls.
