Cisco's has been serving Tex-Mex for breakfast and lunch since the 1950â?²s. Taste the unbelievable migas served with tender fajitas, the melt-in-your-mouth homemade biscuits with honey and melted butter and the hot flavorful coffee. Friendly staff that make you feel right at home.

Migas (pronounced MEE gahs) is made from eggs, bits of corn tortilla, and a variety of savory ingredients such as black beans, chorizo, cheese, salsa and chiles. I always order the migas topped with tender fajitas.

If you see this bright blue building, you know you are at Cisco's. There is plenty of parking on the street or in a parking lot across the street.

There is a main dining room with autographed photos of Lyndon B. Johnson, Walter Cronkite, John Connolly, Bob Bullock and many other politicians and dignitaries lining the wooden paneled walls. If these walls could talk, I bet they would have wonderful stories to tell!
