The company's philosophy is that every individual is uniquely abled in their own way, and it is each one's moral responsibility to create an inclusive environment for all around. Changing paces offer multiple solutions including, Accessible customer service training, website accessibility, making employment accessible, motivational speaking, airlines disability services training, and some excellent books on topical issues.
The founder of Changing Paces, Trish Robichaud, is one of Ontario's most celebrated AODA coach and trainer. She is a professional member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. The MS Society of Canada has also recognized her in 2004 as their top volunteer in Ontario. Trish went on to be honored as their top volunteer in Canada as well that year. Her services include AODA training to corporates, change-inspiring workshops, motivational talks, and providing her subject matter expertise on a variety of accessibility-focused projects.
