CWC was started in 1986 & began life as a cafe in Princeton, NJ on a small lane called Chambers Walk, hence the name. Mario & Laura Mangone, both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, opened for breakfast, lunch & dinner and the cafe quickly gathered a loyal following. The gourmet take-out became so popular that customers began requesting catering services.
In 1990, CWC moved to a larger facility in Trenton, and concentrated solely on off-premise catering and then in January of 2001, Chambers Walk moved to it's current location in the Village of Lawrenceville.
Open for lunch Mon-Fri, our express service is designed to make it easy to pop in, have a great lunch and be on your way. BYOB Dinner is served Tues-Sat, with attentive table service. Monday night cooking classes are a huge favorite and the space can be booked for private dining, whether for corporate or social functions. Full-Service Catering & INCREDIBLE cakes for all occasions.
