For too long, companies have been trying to lure customers in with “bait and switch” tactics. Offering a price that sounds too good to be true while using weak machines. The customer soon finds out that the price does not include vacuuming, chemicals, moving furniture or stain removal. All of a sudden, two rooms for £40 turns into £100. To make matters worse, customers are left with a wet carpet full of harmful chemicals which will take days to dry.
