BG CONTA was established in 1996, with the purpose of offering its clients services in accounting, fiscal and business consultancy,
tax planning, also personnel-related services and other additional services.
The company is a member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania, the Financial Auditors Chamber in Romania
(CAFR) and of the Romanian Chamber of Fiscal Consultants (CCF).
The company adopted a quality management standard for accounting, audit and tax planning according to the SR EN 9001:2008
TUV Rheinland Romania certification.

Kreston is a network of experienced, independent accounting and business advisory firms, founded in 1971 in Chelmsford, Great Britain and present in 94 countries. It has over 700 offices, 19.500 professional and support staff and global fee revenues of 1.872 million dollars.
Our team consists in over 35 professionals: financial and internal auditors, fiscal advisors, chartered accountants, ACCA students, liquidators, authorized translators, IT specialists and CFA candidates.
