25th JUNE 2013 2 headlamp rims and securing bolts, off my 1922 vintage car. sent for rechroming
over the following months, all my enquiries were met with, excuses, false promises, or just ignored...
14th NOVEMBER 2013 Having paid up front,......they were finally returned....
BOTH RIMS HAVE HAD THEIR FIXING LUGS BROKEN OFF, AND THE BOLTS ARE MISSING
Company's answer to this damage...... "will discuss with management and come straight back to you"
That was two weeks ago STILL WAITING
