Introduction
My name is Dave Bohr. I'm the owner of Apex Contest Prep working as a full-time online trainer. I'm originally from Detroit, MI now based out of Orange County, CA. My goal is simple, to help you reach your goals by assisting you with every single factor related to a successful transformation.
If you become a client I will not just write you a customized diet, workout, cardio, & supplement plan. But I will stick with you along your entire journey, continuing to steer you down the right path, while making changes throughout whenever necessary to keep you progressing to your goal. 90%+ of my business is solely online by choice.
I have over a decade of experience in person training but Online Training is my true passion. I usually have a waiting list for in-person work and will only open a couple slots per year. I think part of the reason I have a very high success rate with online training is because I’ve put so much time in to evolving my training system over the years.
