Welcome to Affirm Counselling. I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's College, London. I practice Psychotherapy, CBT and short–term, solution focused therapy in Brighton and Hove.
I have been working in private practice since 2005, and in the voluntary sector since 2001, primarily or MIND and SASS. Your first session will cost only £30 and will be an opportunity for us to discuss your needs.
