COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (Monthly Pay Range)

- Basic salary (NEGOTIABLE) Php 13,000 to 20,000
- Various performance bonus and incentives Php 2,000 to 12,000
- 10-20% Night Shift Differential Php 1,300 to 4,600
- NON TAXABLE allowances: Transportation, rice, medical, etc. Php 1,100 to 5,000


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS@ACES:
- HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES & above-any course/degree
- 18 years old and above
- With or without call center experience-with customer service experience in any industry is okay
- Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHTSHIFT
- Average to Advanced written & spoken English
- Average to Advanced knowledge in computer applications



PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKLIST FOR HIRED CANDIDATES:

School Records ANY OF THE FF: Diploma, Transcript of records or certificate of grades - whichever is applicable (for HS graduates, Undergraduates and Graduates)
