Introduction
Willow Creek Ranch Farm Stay is an affordable vacation for families and their children. Come on out to the farm. Breathe the fresh air. See the stars. Experience feeding the cows, giving a calf a bottle, feeding the chickens, or gathering the eggs just like families did in the "Good Old Days". Our cozy 300 sq ft. Cabin sleeps 7 persons and features two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed & a futon that opens to a full sized bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. Bathroom has a combination tub & shower, toilette and sink. Kitchen includes double sink, stove top, convection oven, Microwave oven, coffeepot, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils and full sized refrigerator. Washing machine and clothesline is added. WiFi, Dish TV and Sirius radio are amenities. Small fence around cabin and propane grill are on outside. Cabin is next to the farm house that sits on Wooded 40 acres. Guests can choose to cook their own meals or include breakfast and dinner (no lunch) family style for an extra fee. Cabin is $100. per night plus a one time cleaning fee per stay of $50. Cabin sleeps 7 persons over 7 persons $10 per person extra. Farm stays are pre-paid using Pay pal. For more information go to our website or our Facebook page. We have a variety of Cows, Chickens, Roosters, Cats and dogs. Activities on the Ranch are what is current for that day and vary from shoveling manure to working in the family garden. Coming Soon! Grandfather's were farmers. I grew up in Fair Oaks California, Graduated from Bella Vista High School, was in the Navy during the Viet Nam conflict, graduated college, Married had two kids two stepkids, Electronics repairman for Sears, Worked as Engineer at Hewlett Packard subsequently retired from there. Divorced. Remarried Cathie Childress from Bella Vista High School. Became dad to 4 more children. Retired from Hewlett Packard. Went back to basics bought a farm in Mountain Ranch California. Got some chickens, cows (ate the pigs) cats, dogs tried a time with pheasants (bobcats ate them) Still married now doing Farm Stay Agritourism vacations where folks can stay in our cabin, get up close and personal with the farm animals and teach their children where their food comes from then tour our wonderful county (Calaveras) and experience INternational Gold Medal wines, Snow in the winter, Caverns and many other activities in our area.
