I have to say thank you to Hourglass for all their help. I wasn't exactly a 'usual' case and had complicating issues regarding my previous work history and eCRB documents. This meant I was on Hourglass' books for 2 months. Nevertheless, they found me a role within 2 weeks and worked incessantly for the rest of the time to support me, aid my eCRB applications and get me finally into work.

I can’t overestimate how much Hourglass gave me my life back so thank you to them and please everyone else use them!

I have arrived in the UK this morning and I am still feeling overwhelmed at the rate at which your consultant team has worked. I had no plans on coming to England. I was introduced to the site my a friend who thinks that i am an excellent science teacher and I would do very well in England with the resources available to teach. I was convinced and therefore applied.

I think it was Charlotte I interacted with first then Allison, Mary, Lina and a few others. They were on the ball and i couldn't keep up with the efficiency of their pace. I must give excellent credit to Allison Tempest though, who made me feel apart of your hourglass family as if it was not just a job but a friend looking out for another friend.

Management, thank your team for me at your next meeting, special big up to Allison and her crew and no matter where i end up in life I will never for get my experience with them through hourglass.

I have been looking for a new challenge for a while and have come across all sorts of schools and agencies, not always receiving the support I needed or expected.

Hourglass, and more specifically my consultant Maria, proved to be different from the very start. I felt Maria genuinely cared about helping me and made sure the interviews were properly arranged according to the information I gave her.
