Property Inventory Clerk
We are a new start up residential Inventory business based in East and West Sussex and are currently looking to recruit a self-employed Inventory clerk in & around East and West Sussex with experience,
This opportunity should appeal to self starters with the ability to work on their own.
The role involves visiting properties and compiling detailed and comprehensive reports on the condition of the property and it’s contents, using a handheld Dictaphone and camera. Reports are then generated using Voice Recognition software and MS Word. Alternatively you can use a Smartphone application.
Successful applicants will be:
- Well presented.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexible.
- Be able to work to strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literate.
To fulfill necessary duties, applicants must have access to:
- Own transport.
- A computer.
- Printer.
- A digital Dictaphone
- A digital camera.
- A mobile phone.
Successful applicants will work on a self-employed basis, and be paid per booking. We ask that you be available up to 5 days a week, Monday to Friday usually between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Hours will vary from week to week, so flexibility is the key.
