After years as a commodity & purchasing manager involved in contracts negotiations, suppliers selection. I decided to pursue my budding interest in real estate. Combining my education in Industrial Engineering with material learned in Real Estate, I am a broker who is committed to achieving client satisfaction, and strive to cater to each client in a personalized and respectable fashion.
As a broker, Michael represents sellers, buyers, investors and landlords in various capacities. He is an activate participant in the real estate sales and purchase processes for his clients, some of which live abroad, assists clients with their sales and purchase decisions, searches for and shows properties that meet the needs of his clients, and carries out price negotiations on desired units.
In addition to his main role as a real estate broker, Michael also carries out condo management services for many clients. These include collecting rent, carrying out or resolving repair and maintenance needs, communicates with building managers, and even assists with the accounting needs for his foreign investors. Michael property manages condo units throughout Toronto and Vaughan on behalf of his clients living abroad.NADLAN realty is always looking to grow! We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our real estate team on a full time, part time or park your Ontario real estate (RECO) license if you want to focus on other business, your license is active and you can earn referral commission. Parking your license with us will help you to reduce your annual cost and stay in the real estate business. Our administration fee is only $120 per year ($10 per month). Keep your E&O Insurance and take the mandatory education courses with RECO. It is up to you to decide if you want to join or keep your membership with the TREB or any othe real estate board in Ontario. If you a TREB memeber you can park your license with us and transfer your TREB memebership (TREB charge only $25) If you are a motivated real estate professional and have proven experience in residential or commercial real estate, we want to hear from you!
