Real World Combat & Fitness is Cork's largest martial arts and fitness gym based out of Drimoleague, West Cork. We have a 10,000 sq ft facility with several training floors, clean changing rooms, a full strength training gym, hydraulic resistance gym, massage therapy, tanning, sauna and a lot of other cool features and amenities.

Real World Combat & Fitness offers a wide variety of fitness classes for all ages including Body By Finn, Hydraulic Extreme, K-Fit Fight Fitness, fitness bootcamps and much more. We provide seminars, classes and private training groups focusing on martial arts, fitness, and health & well being. Weekly traditional, combative and mixed martial arts (MMA) classes along with personal fitness training for adults, teens, and children.
