The special care needs of children with autism can be met by working with an experienced child development team, early childhood educators, primary care physicians, and the parents/guardians. Some children and families may require a child neurologist, child psychiatrist, behavioral consultant, speech and occupational therapists, and/or dietitian. Restore Healthcare Home Medical will build a care team for you and your family to ensure that you receive the services needed to live a healthy and productive life.

Case Management
Healthcare Management
Case management is a process that deals with planning, evaluation, implementation and monitoring of various types of services and resources to help meet the health and human service needs of individuals. A case manager generally is responsible for the overall assessment and monitoring of case management programs.
Certified Renal Technician
Dialysis technicians perform a number of roles related to dialysis treatment, from monitoring and maintaining dialysis equipment to acting as primary care giver for patients who are undergoing dialysis treatment
Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
Duties of a geriatric nurse practitioner include care, treatment and counseling for elderly patients and their families. Often, after assisting doctors in determining appropriate treatment, geriatric nurse practitioners are responsible for designing an exercise program for recovering patients.
Home Health Aide
Personal Care Aide
Home health and personal care aides help people who are disabled, chronically ill, or cognitively impaired. They also help older adults who may need assistance. They help with activities such as bathing and dressing, and they provide services such as light housekeeping.
Mental Health Counselors - Licensed
Behavioral Health Counselors - Licensed
Counsel with emphasis on prevention. Work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health. May help individuals deal with addictions and substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; suicide; stress management; problems with self-esteem; and issues associated with aging and mental and emotional health.
Oncology Nurse Practitioner
After diagnosis and consultation on the treatment regimen of cancer patients, the oncology nurse practitioner is involved with advising the patient about possible participation in clinical trials. The follow-up, monitoring and recording of the process is one of the main responsibilities of the oncology nurse practitioner. Results of trial participation are entered into research conclusions and are often published.
Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
Many pediatric nurse practitioners work in consultation with doctors in a children's ward. Some deal exclusively with neonates, while others concentrate on older children, up to age 18, in the pediatric ward. In some work situations, pediatric nurse practitioners maintain their own patients and make decisions about necessary treatment.
Primary Care Nurse Practioner
Primary care nurse practitioners are generalists who work in family health clinics or hospitals. They provide general and preventative care, conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests and prescribe medication for children and adults.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
They may act as therapists and also prescribe appropriate medications. Although not authorized to conduct psychological testing, they regularly work closely with psychologists and psychiatrists in reviewing test results and determining a course of action.
Registered Nurse
They are the primary point of contact between the patient and the world of health care, both at the bedside and in out-patient settings. RNs perform frequent patient evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs, performing procedures such as IV placement, phlebotomy, and administering medications. Because the RN is much more regular contact with patients than are physicians, the RN is usually first to notice problems or raise concerns about patient progress.
Renal Dietitian
The Renal Dietitian provides services to hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis patients and their families in clinical, hospital or extended care settings to support and maximize the nutritional functioning and education of the patient.
