Job Description
1. We need Recruiters working from home for sourcing suitable candidates as per mandates.
2. Understanding job profiles shared by usÂ
3. Minimum 5-6 hours dedicated time per day.Â
4. Devising a search plan
5. Researching on assignmentÂ
6. Calling prospective candidates for a job opportunity
7. Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycleÂ
8. Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on
9. Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions.
10. Excellent communication.
11. Strong knowledge in MS office
Remuneration: Negotiable as per Fitment/ Mandate
Experience in BFSI, Consulting / Education Industry preferred. Sales Hiring Experience would be added advantage.
Minimum 5-6 hours dedicated time per day.
