Applicants may start as a CSR or choose from the following CALL CENTER AGENT positions:

• Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Reps (CSR)
• Hotel Reservations & Sales or Online Hotel Booking Agents
• Customer Service Reps for various industries - Automotive, Banking, Computer Hardware, Credit Card, Energy, GPS, Hotel, Insurance, Network, Telecommunications, Travel, Software, Billing, Retail, Email/Chat Services
• Technical Support Reps for various industries
• Internal Help Desk Officers
• Insurance Account Services
• Financial Services Agents - Fraud, Mortgage, Brokerage
• Collections Account - Credit Analysts, Collection
• Billing Account Services
• Travel Booking / Airline Ticketing Account

DEPENDING ON THEIR QUALIFICATIONS & WORK PERFORMANCE, QUALIFIED HIRES MAY GET UP TO 23K PAY RANGE!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (Monthly Pay Range)
Basic salary (NEGOTIABLE) - Php 13,000 to 20,000
Various performance bonus and incentives - Php 2,000 to 12,000
10-20% Night Shift Differential - Php 1,300 to 4,600
NON TAXABLE allowances: Transportation, rice, medical, etc. - Php 1,100 to 5,000


WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN CANDIDATES:
- HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES & above-any course/degree
- 18 years old and above
- With or without call center experience-with customer service experience in any industry is okay
- Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHTSHIFT
- Average to Advanced written & spoken English
- Average to Advanced knowledge in computer applications
