We are now manufacturing a new innovative Air-Operated Automatic Cutlery, which supersedes the older vibration system that all other brands on the market use.
Our unique model eliminates labour involvement in the polishing of cutlery, as the dishwasher KP places the tray of washed cutlery directly into the polisher from the washer. He switches on the polisher and returns to his washing duties. The polishing cycle takes only a few minutes. It eliminates the noise of rattling cutlery that emanates from the vibratory polishers and also does not damage the cutlery, as with the older system.
The polishing granulate needs to be changed only every 3 months, compared to every month with the older polisher. Also pre-heating the granulate takes only 5 minutes, unlike the vibratory unit, which takes between half to one hour.
So, our AirOPol (Air-Operated Polisher) is: Labour-Free; Silent; Safe on cutlery; Reduced running costs; Reduced energy (Environment -Friendly).
This seamless Wash & Polish system is the breakthrough that the modern kitchen and washup area needed........and we now supply it.
