"C" in a shield – Date mark for 1878
Queen Victoria’s Head – Duty mark
The gorgeous engraving on the handle and base is the result of engine turning, leading to the fantastically intricate repetitive patterns.
The knot has been replaced with a modern Best Badger one by Simpsons. Wonderfully soft and will give a rich luxurious lather.
