Unlike traditional "wireless" brake light that uses RF radio transmitter, MAXXON brake light requires no radio transmitter installed on brake levers and works on both V-and disc brakes. Using two main US made IC chips: a micro-controller and an accelerometer sensor. The software technology, is embedded inside the micro-controller, so making it possible to properly detect a deceleration of a bicycle...Therefore when it detects a "material" deceleration, then the system will give off brake lights to warn other road users and pedestrians behind you of your braking.

PLEASE NOTE:

There are two circumstances that it would not give off brake light even when the brake levers are applied. When on downhill roads, the brake levers are pressed in attempt to simply keep the bike at a steady speed, the system would not give off brake light since there is no deceleration detected despite the brake levers pressed.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail provides the MAXXON Brake Light with a 12 month return period commencing on the delivery date. During this period, Pimp-My-Bike Retail warrants that the device will be free of material defects that prevent its normal operation. You are entitled to one (1) year limited warranty service according to the terms and conditions in the limited warranty statement within the warranty period in the UK or locality where the MAXXON Brake Light is marketed.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Your dated sales receipt, which shows the date of purchase, is your proof of purchase date. You may be required to provide the date of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall not be liable for any damages or defects to the MAXXON Brake Light caused by improper use or by accident, malicious damage, hazard, excess humidity, liquid ingress, electrical stress, or other environmental conditions not commonly found in a normal safe working environment. Please note that each device is fitted with a liquid sensor and its reaction will serve as proof of liquid ingress having occurred.

Your MAXXON Brake Light is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use during the limited warranty period except the scratch on the appearance, plastics accessories and rubber pads.

The defective material of your returned MAXXON Brake Light will be repaired or replaced with the new, or equivalent to new, spared material in the provided warranty service. A repaired or replaced MAXXON Brake Light will be warranted for the unexpected portion of the original MAXXON Brake Light warranty.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall not be liable if the defect arises because you have failed to follow the manufacturer's written instructions as to storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the MAXXON Brake Light or if you alter or attempt to repair the relevant MAXXON Brake Light without the written consent of Pimp-My-Bike Retail.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail's warranty does not extend to cables, accessories, plugs, rubber pads, batteries, plastics or power supply units. It is your responsibility to return the faulty MAXXON Brake Light back to us. You are expected to reuse original supply packaging for product examination and ensure safe transport. Incorrectly packaged returns may be processed as a chargeable repair.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail will, in its discretion, either repair or replace faulty MAXXON Brake Light within 90 days of the receipt of the MAXXON Brake Light. Pimp-My-Bike Retail will return the MAXXON Brake Light to you at our cost.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail advises you to carefully check the MAXXON Brake Light before dispatch to ensure it is defective. MAXXON Brake Light returned which is not found to be defective, or has been damaged or misused by you will be returned to you and may be invoiced for the cost of shipping.
