PRODUCT DETAILS
The Case: The Dalvey branded Italian leather handmade case closes tight aided by two stud fasteners. Internally the case is lined with wipe clean nylon. Studded leather belts hold the razor and brush secure when you're on your travels. The polished engravable plate lends itself to personalisation.
The case measures 128mm x 94 mm x 30mm deep.
The Brush: This brush uses Best Badger Hair, an ideal grade of hair for lathering up a shaving soap or cream. Contoured so your thumb and fingers grip the brush on the waist. Inlaid into the base is a circular polished steel plate stamped with the words Scotland and Best Badger.
Measures 80mm top to bottom with a hair knot of 18mm and bristle length of 45mm
The Razor: Gillette Mach3 compatible, ideally shaped to give a firm grip when shaving. The razor features the word Dalvey which is engraved in shiny steel at the top of the handle, the bottom of the handle has a shiny steel domed knob.
The new generation of Gillette Mach3 ® Cartridge Blades use thinner, finer blades, with Gillette's most advanced low resistance coating. Designed for less tug and pull, these new generation blades will provide a close, comfortable shave.
As you would expect, the set comes to you beautifully presented in a branded Dalvey box.
HOW TO USE
Use a couple of drops of warm water with a shaving cream or soap and lather for around 1 minute, in a bowl or directly onto face, until a rich, thick and emulsion-like lather is formed then paint onto the face.
Ensure you are using a clean sharp Gillette Mach3 cartridge blade.
We recommend that you shave twice with the grain and once against the grain.
Be sure to regularly rinse the blade in warm water between passes.
Once finished, rinse the brush with warm water, flicking excess out and store on a stand, upside down, to ensure the knot stays in place.
