Finca La Pontezuela launches an exclusive Limited Edition. This is a single extra virgin olive oil 100% Redondilla result of a minority variety and recovery olive trees. With only 1,000 bottles and a modern and creative design, branding 'five elements' goes a step further in the market for gourmet extra virgin olive oils.

With a Golden-green color, this limited edition named One thousand, reveals high green fruity intensity and strong presence of aromas and nuances reminiscent of freshly cut grass notes that provide freshness, green leaf and stem, that harmonize with the strong perception of bitter and spicy.

We start a new stage with a new name: 5 elementos. Our five elements -earth, water, air, fire and wood (from our olive) -, heirs of the Western thinking, are directly involved in the production of our oil and summarize our perception and philosophy towards our rich natural environment, origin of our valued juices.

The result of this campaign are three exquisite varieties of extra virgin olive oil, with very well defined organoleptic characteristics and sensory attributes with a distinct fruitiness, perfect for pairing with other flavors. They are our 100% extra virgin olive oils.
