I don’t have any job vacancies but why are people sending me their CVs?

Your Lacartes Business Page is designed as a productivity utility to empower you to do more and achieve more. In addition to promoting your business to your customers, it also has a free recruitment feature where you can advertise jobs and connect with job seekers.

Job seekers can contact you through a section under your Business Page called ‘Jobs’. To disable the ‘Jobs’ section, you just need to log into your account then go to:

‘Pages’  >  ‘Businesses’  >  ‘Edit’  >  ‘Jobs’

Then deselect the box that says ‘Allow job seekers to contact you’

We recommend leaving this option enabled even if you do not have any job openings. The idea is if you have a list of job seekers who want to work for you then you will be able to fill any future vacancies more quickly.
