We asked over 50,000 young people who have been supported by youth charity, The Prince's Trust to share their passion for a career in cooking
THE CHALLENGE
Gizzi Erskine had the tough task of narrowing entries down to 4 finalists who then joined us for a cook-off in London. Only one could be crowned the winner.
It was down to Gizzi Erskine, The Princes Trust and a panel from Zizzi to make the tough call.
THE OPPORTUNITY
To create a 3 course menu with Gizzi that will feature in all Zizzi restaurants this Autumn.
We asked Kitty Travers (our Gelato Queen) and Executive chef Angelo to help along the way.
INTRODUCING THE WINNER
29 year old Joe Gray, a raw new talent who share's Gizzi's passion for food. Joe became involved with The Prince's Trust after finding himself unemployed in the recession.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Now through The Prince's Trust campaign, "Tomorrow", Joe has become the next Zizzi Fresh Talent.
And you'll be able to enjoy Joe and Gizzi's seasonal 3 course menu in any Zizzi nationwide this Autumn with a portion of the proceeds flying The Prince's Trust's way.
