The directors of the company have over 28 years combined exprience & extensive knowledge of all aspects of good car park management on private land. We undertake the management and enforcement or car parks and areas that range from 1 to 1000 spaces nationally.
Our client base includes every type of business, from small local retailers to some of the UK’s largest PLC’s.Within the ever increasing demands on parking spaces, many companies and private individuals are experiencing difficulties with unauthorised use of their car parking facilities. This can have a dramatic effect on the day to day operations of the site.
Restricted Parking Services has a simple but effective policy towards discouraging parking abuse; DETERRENT. We warn off would be rougue parkers with the use of clear and concise signage. In the region 80% of our sites do not need a regular patrol once the warning signage is in place. We carry through enforcement to the few remaining persistent rougue parkers by the method of PCN (Parking charge notice).
RPS ensures every vehicle that is issued with a PCN (Parking charge notice) has several digital photographs taken to confirm the date, time, location and the nature of the contrvention & these can be called upon if further evidence is required. When called about a PCN (parking charge notice) our fully trained staff will explain the reason why the PCN (parking charge notice) has taken place, accept payment of the PCN fee & issue a receipt if required. Also they will explain the appeals/complaints procedure.
Our aim is always to ensure that it isn’t too distressing an experience. After all, our behaviour reflects directly on our clients. For this reason we recruit and train our staff believing this will distinguish us from all the other operators. We train them to respond diplomatically and politely, whatever the circumstances.
