Prior to his affiliation to NYCRS, Abe Bichoupan was admitted to practice law in the state of new york in 1989. His practice concentrated primarily in the areas of real estate transactional work, commercial leasing and bankruptcy law. Having been immersed in hundreds of real estate law matters, Mr. Bichoupan obtained a real estate brokers license in the mid 1990’s and began to broker commercial leasing deals.
with over 15 years in various aspects of commercial real estate, Mr. Bichoupan decided to join forces with NYCRS and use his combined knowledge, resources and experiences in the field of law and real estate brokerage work in the Summer of 2011.

With over 20 years experience as a real estate professional, Betty Posner brings a wealth of experience in the real estate field. She started her career as the leasing manager for over 200 residential high-rise buildings in Manhattan, and as a real estate sales agent for Manhattan luxury cooperatives and condominiums. Later, she worked as a transfer and closing agent for cooperatives and condominiums for a major real estate company and for a prestigious real estate law firm. Her knowledge of real estate transactions will help guide you through the process of leasing or sales.

Deborah Stewart

Deborah loves working in the NYC commercial real estate market especially at NYCRS, where she began in August, 2005. It is here at NYCRS that she is finally able to combine her passions of spending time on her beloved Manhattan Streets, snooping into Manhattan office buildings, doing detective work and matchmaking. With a background in education, linguistics and theater, Deborah has held a variety of positions, most of them in the field of education. Most recently, she worked for a number of years at The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, NY( an independent high school) as the International Student Advisor and as the Director of the ESL Program. During the summers, she taught at the prestigious Harvard College Summer Program and at Cushing Academy's International Summer School. After traveling and living in Europe for a few years, she began her professional life at the New York Shakespeare Festival, where she worked in their education program, a program that brought NYC public school teachers and students to the Public Theater for a series of events and workshops. In addition, she has worked with refugee organizations, teaching English and career-building skills and helping people acclimate to life in the US ? in particular, NYC. Deborah has a fabulous daughter, Lili. She lives in Tribeca, where, in her spare time, she works on the first chapter of her great opus.

James Famularo

John Pasquale

Mr. Pasquale was a pioneer in the ecologically-responsible “green†trend currently sweeping the country, heading what was formerly the 1980’s Atlas Paper Company, which was Manhattan’s largest private recycling firm which first handled the initial 1990’s New York City Department of Sanitation recycling program. He has been quoted in the The New York Times and New York Real Estate Journal, for green building systems in the early 1990’s.

Ken, along with John Pasquale, Chairman, is responsible for the overall sales and operational functions at NYCRS including hiring, training and support of its agents and for the development of company programs to give agents the tools necessary to capture additional market share and continue to grow the company. Ken will do whatever it takes to assist the agents in achieving their individual goals and the company in maintaining its place as a major player in the commercial real estate market in Manhattan.
