Edward Turner BSc. Hons MRICS
Director
Edward has extensive experience in both the public and commercial building surveying sectors and prior to joining Lighthouse Surveyors, he was an associate with West End practice Gerald Eve LLP. In recent years Edward has developed a specialism in development monitoring although his skills and experience also include:

Outside of work Edward is also a keen cyclist, DIY enthusiast and lover of good food and wine.

Mike Bayliss BSc. Hons MRICS
Associate Director
Mike Bayliss is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with over 7 years of experience working in and around London for residential, commercial, public sector and quasi-public sector clients.
Before joining Lighthouse Surveyors, Mike was an Associate at Workman LLP in the West End, and previously earned his Chartered status at Watts Group PLC in The City of London.
Mike has a commercially focused background with extensive project knowledge and experience in remodelling commercial and industrial buildings, Category A office refurbishments, reception and common parts refurbishments, mechanical and electrical upgrades and external fabric repairs.
Professional experience includes producing Schedules of Dilapidations and undertaking negotiations, party wall matters, and pre-acquisition due diligence surveys for commercial and industrial properties.
