Many of my clients say they have difficulty in their relationships as a result of anger, anxiety or depression. These feelings manifest in a variety of ways, some of which may be seen as addictive behaviors or ways of thinking. I’ve come to understand that these feelings and experiences can be symptoms of old wounds or trauma.

I have a deep capacity to hold these feelings in a safe and non-judgmental way. Together we will work to help you learn new ways to diminish and expel anger, anxiety and depression. I also provide support for those struggling with relationship, spiritual, cultural, sexuality and LGBTQ issues.

Nick Venegoni is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Hypnotherapist, offering holistic counseling in the San Francisco Bay Area. His work focuses on using mindfulness with clients struggling with anxiety and anger; specializing in working with men as well as people from the LGBT and queer communities. His office is centrally located in San Francisco and easily accessible from Marin and South San Francisco.
