He is part of core team and a help us in launching new brand “help on wheels†in RoadSide Assistance Service, had setted the new organizations- Operations ,entire business model , He is the owner of “OJASWINI INFRATECH PVT. LTD “- A Real estate company estabilished in 2009, is having a Residential Project in the name of Ojiswini Vihar, Jaipuir (launched in 2009) Located at Shahpura, Jaipur, having a landbase of more than 250 Acres, which is a upcoming township, this company has already sold more than 1000 plots in this area.

Mr. Lalit Parmar
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
He was responsible for setting up the entire business process for Crossroads(A Premier Brand in Roadside Assistance Service), which includes setting up and heading the direct sales team, customer service, sale centers, DSAs, brand management and strategic alliances. He was associate with this leading brand for 8 Years.
He has over 20 years of experience in Operations , Process setup, IT Software development
Has been influential in setting up the processes for Service Quality measurement, Repair and Maintenance, Conceiving and developing new service tools for enhancing Service quality of the Organization
He recently launched a new brand “help on wheels†in Roadside Assistance Service, had settled the new organizations- Operations, entire business model and has developed in-house tools for Client Database Management, Service Delivery Management etc.
Previously he had handled projects at BECIL (Broadcast Engineers Consultant India Ltd), National Seeds Corporation etc. Over 18 years of experience in sectors like Wealth Management, Broking, Banking, Consumer Goods and Financial-Management Consulting
He has over 20 years of experience in Operations , Process setup, IT Software development

He has got 18 years of massive experience in Telecom, Food and Beverages industry; he has worked in different domains including Sales and Operations, Marketing & Business Development, Strategy Planning, Distribution Management,and Relationship Management.
With his in-depth understanding of operational system of Retail and Distribution sales, ability to maintain high degree of interpersonal relationships, effective designing and implementation of strategies, and proficiency in motivating and leading large, diverse and cross-functional teams; he has always been a force to be reckoned with in whatever organization he worked for.

A former employee of Bharti Airtel Ltd , have worked with 10 years in telecom sales, He is a proactive leader with a flair for charting out marketing strategies, market plan execution and contributing towards enhancing business volumes/growth, and achieving profitability norms. He is a keen planner, strategist, and implementer with demonstrated abilities in managing profit center operations to accomplish business growth on a consistent basis.
