Premium Listing
If you change your mind after upgrading to the premium listing, full refund will be issued within 24 hours of purchase. The buyer must send a written cancellation request within 24 hours to admin@lacartes.com to qualify for the full refund. After 24 hours, refund will be made on a pro-rata basis minus a £20 processing fee. Premium Listing offers the client online exposure, which is an intangible product. Once online exposure is delivered, it can’t be returned.
Online Booking Fees
If you have activated ‘Online Booking’ for your business listing, a small commission fee will be charged for each successful customer booking. Because the booking data is an intangible product, where once it is sent it can’t be returned, there is no refund on successfully completed bookings. However, if a booking is not completed (e.g. customer did not show up for the appointment), you are entitled to receive a full refund of the booking fee.
It will be assumed that all bookings are completed successfully on time. If a booking is not completed, you must mark the booking as ‘No show’ within 7 days of the booking’s expiry to qualify for the refund. If the customers believe they have been marked ‘No show’ in error, they may dispute your action. Should a dispute arise, final decision will be at the discretion of lacartes.
