the self centre is a special place to relax & unwind and simply be yourself - a place of sanctuary. We offer a wide range of Yoga Classes including Beginners Introductory Courses, Hatha, Integral, Scaravelli Style, & Vinyasa Flow styles, and specialist classes such as Ante-natal Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga, Baby Yoga as well as Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation.

Operating as a social enterprise we are in business to make a difference, not to pay shareholders a dividend.

Classes and workshops in Yoga and Complementary Therapies in local schools or companies is one of the areas we specialise in.
We have a fabulous on-site health food cafe offering a home-made range of soups, smoothies, sandwiches, light lunches and cakes. It also offers a take-away service and caters for private parties. Our studios, treatment rooms and relaxation area double up as ideal Meeting Venues for training, meetings and conferences and are fully air conditioned. Professional therapists offer a wide choice of health-promoting and stress-relieving complementary therapies including Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Counselling, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy & HypnoBirthing, Massage (Aromatherapy, Sports Therapy & Thai Yoga) & Reflexology to name but a few! We also offer a Hairdressers and Beauty Therapy.
