Each dish is prepared in the traditional Italian way with fresh herbs and always
remembering the way our mothers and grandmothers did it. Almost all our ingredients are imported from Italy starting from the fundamental Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the creamy Burrata from Andria, or the fresh white Truffle from Alba and the black one from Umbria All our pasta is made by hand and pappardelle, tagliatelle, potatoes gnocchi and stuffed ravioli came in a vast array of traditional sauces. We carry a good selection of fresh fish and besides traditional Italian dishes like Veal Ossobuco Milanese, Oxtail Vaccinara, or the best selling Rabbit cacciatora we serve a temping menu' of exotic meat and wild game including creamy and truffled pheasant, reindeer chops with foie gras,or stewed and spicy wild boar. Don't leave the restaurant without trying our homemade desserts, too; Crispy Cannoli Siciliana or Chocolate cake with Zabaione sauce, panna cotta etc. We'd like to remark that our main course came with fresh vegetable included and the after dinner like Limoncello or Grappa are complimentary.
