These recipes are handed down for generations to
passionate chefs like Antonio Iocchi, our Executive Chef.
Born with a love for food, he graduated from culinary school
in Rome at just 17 and then spent years as a professional
chef in the Italian Mediterranean.
He is known for his innovative culinary talent, yet the recipes closest to his
heart are the simple tastes he grew up loving and still creates for our guests
We view the meal as a whole experience from beginning to end. And the
experience starts as soon as you sit down.
Starting the meal with fresh olives is an age-old coastal Italian tradition. After
ripening in the warm Mediterranean sun, they have a subtle sweetness that
excites the palate and prepares your taste buds for the meal to come.
And then there's our peasant bread'freshly baked, warm and delicious'some
might say we're famous for it. We bring a loaf to every table, and when you're
done, we're happy to bring more. In fact, you might have to remind yourself
to save room for the actual meal.
