PFDL is operating in Bangladesh since year 1999 & in last 11 years of working we have created very strong hold in term of supply chain & presently we are working with the capacity of 50000 pcs per day of knits which includes Mens ladies & kids 15000 pcs in woven including Mens shirt ladies top & bottoms along with 5000 pcs of sweater per day including various GGs3 5 7 & 12
Our product range in fabrics include jersey pique fleece rib interlock French terry cotton fleece fleece micro fleece etc. in cotton polycot ton blended fabrics viscose lycra spandex rayon poly-rayon viscose-lycra Modal with blends, 100% polyester, etc. Apart from sourcing of garments for some of the leading retail brands we are very strong in sourcing Accessories as we ourselves have a manufacturing facility of all types of Labels barcodes poly bags cartons & hangers which helps us in cutting down the margins into the final cost of garment.
We have a great setup of vertical units to ensure of product right frothed fabric stage till the final shipping of garments as our business objective is Value for money with the best quality standards as we understand the importance of sharp prices in this competitive environment of recession with due care of also being socially responsible, our supply base has various certifications including Wrap ISO 9001 ISO 14001 Okotex & many more. COMPANY PROFILE
Since 1999 – 2012, we passed 11 years in this field and finally we got succeed and achieved our goal.
But it was not so easy to run as we faced lot of problem to reach our goal. For this journey we faced lots problem such- economy crunch, Raw materials market unstable, and our Political crisis which was very tough situation to stick on our route, But we were determined and tried to keep our honesty ,commitment with buyer, and finally patient. Thanks god that we had overcome and now we can confident to seat with any renowned buyer / customer in apparel sector.
Since 1999 we started this buying house very small range with Three partners who were both of 3 highly experienced in this field .Now company are in-corporate by Bangladesh government and still three partners are alive with companies as a company Director.
Body of Companies and Their Activity:-
a) A.S.K.Arefeen act as a Managing Director of company and he is responsible for whole things, such –buyer /Factory / trims /shipping / sampling etc. and he is doing Best.
b) Anik Chowdhory act as a chairman and he is responsible for finance and Banking .
c) Mr.Easir Ahamed act as a production director who are very much serious about production with factory, He is doing best his responsibility to select factory, production, and on time shipment.
We are doing our regular customer in UK, USA and Spain. we do our order only those factories who are certified and well setup and have had good reputation.
Our product ranges are woven, knit and sweater.
