FlameStone is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature's most basic elements: Fire & Stone. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone's Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you'll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards of Chicago Angus Beef that is minimum 28 day aged and that are hand cut and individually selected on premises. You will not find a better steak.

Market Fresh Seafood is delivered daily and whether you're choosing Cedar Plank Salmon, our Ahi Tuna Stack or San Marzano Chilean Sea Bass, you will not be disappointed.

Don't forget FlameStone houses a stunning full liquor bar, a 150 Bottle Wine List and offers 30 of them by the glass. So pairing your favorite entrée with your favorite Mojito, Martini or Glass of Wine will not be a problem.
