We invest heavily in staff training to produce the best beer we can, – all our brewers are qualified by the Institute of Brewing and Distilling to enable quality and consistency for every pint.
Our process of making beer is as natural and environmentally friendly as possible, – water, grain, hops. That’s it!! 97% of our grain comes from East Anglia, and our spent grain is taken 15 metres down the farm to be fed to the local dairy herd. This year the brewery will become carbon negative, further helping the environment we live in.
