Sarah has been practicing holistic therapies after completing a Complimentary Therapies course in 2000. With a deep interest and fascination within this field and a wish to help others , Sarah continued to study and gained recognized qualifications in Ayurvedic Marma Massage (under the tuition of the UK�??s leading Ayurvedic physician) and her Reiki 1, 2 and Master/teacher courses. Sarah has also worked as a Practice Manager and Resident Therapist for a reputable Holistic Health Clinic gaining experience in all departments and has contributed her knowledge and skills to What�??s On magazine, Ziptang Asian article, Birmingham Post and made an appearance on Raj TV.

Sarah is a professional holistic therapist who has over 12 years of experience with treating a wide range of ailments and particularly specialises in treating physical injuries, pre and post-operation treatments and issues associated during pregnancy and post-natal. She also enjoys running Reiki attunement courses and Reiki refresher courses.

Central holistics provides a professional service and offers a welcoming / safe environment for all clients. Sarah is fully qualified and follows professional code of ethics.
Treatments are carried out in purpose built relaxing therapy centre in Kings Heath.
