Bay Cottage Bed and Breakfast

A warm, comfortable bed and breakfast on the shores of Lough Neagh. An excellent base for touring Northern Ireland for business or pleasure as we have a central location and close to most major road networks so Belfast is 30 minutes in one direction and the Giant's Causeway 45 minutes (direct route) in the other. Mid-Ulster with Armagh, Dungannon and the wonderful National Trust house of Ardress, The Argorey and Springhill are 45 to 60 minutes drive. We welcome those on bikes, motorbikes on foot or in canoes. We have storage for all. We also have an insulated kennel and run for visiting dogs (not allowed in the house).

We have 2 bedrooms, one en suite with a large double bed and a sofa bed which opens into a standard double bed. The other room has two beds and a private bathroom. Both have wonderful views of Lough Neagh and its birdlife. They both have TVs, hairdryers, hospitality trays. We have a fiction library for the use of our guests and a lovely sitting room.
There is also a one bedroom self catering apartment called The Hayloft. This is available for Bed and Breakfast or self catering. It can sleep a family or a group of friends - note the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Please see website for further details.

Our breakfasts are prepared with love and care, using our own free range eggs, pork products from rare breed pigs we keep during the summer months, home made Irish bread, preserves and Northern Irish milk and butter. Evening meals are available by arrangement.
